Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and manage site teams
• Ensure projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers
• Enforce health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years proven experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role
• Minimum Diploma in Building or equivalent qualification
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
