Job Description
Our client has an opportunity available for a Telemarketing Agent.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2500 keystrokes per minute.
- Recent 12-month Outbound Telesales Experience.
KPAs:
- Deliver professional, compliant and high-quality customer service to all key customers and stakeholder groups.
- Process applications effectively and efficiently.
- Enable a strict compliance to schedules.
- All leads offered must accurately be accounted for using dialer qualification codes.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales and advances targets.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
