About the Role
Isilumko Staffing is seeking a skilled Transition Manager to lead Transitions across our global footprint. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of business process Transitions and a proven track record of successfully implementing and improving these processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Transitions anywhere from across the global footprint
- Ensure seamless implementation of process Transitions
- Build capability of the Transitions function
- Bring thought leadership to improve Transitions set up and implementation
- Lead new business pursuits (RFPs) to develop customized solutions
- Take over the Transitions of a specific client engagement as the Lead when an opportunity translates into new business
Requirements
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
- PMP, PgMP certification (preferred)
- 10+ years of experience, most of which should be in BPO environment
- 3+ years of BPO experience in Transitions
- Program Management experience of a small to medium size engagement
Qualifications
- Valid (10 year / 5 year) US &/or UK Visa will be an added advantage
