Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly competent Quality Controller to ensure excellence in quality assurance and quality control within a food manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will support internal departments through accurate, efficient service delivery and strict adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Minimum Requirements:
Academic Requirements
- National Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in QA/QC, HACCP, or related disciplines are preferred.
Experience
- 24 years experience in a food manufacturing QA/QC environment.
- Experience with HACCP and CCP monitoring.
- Experience overseeing QC laboratory testing.
- Exposure to deviation management, CAPA processes, supplier quality, and internal audits.
