About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Dante Group Ltd in Central Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and business partnering to support our business strategy and decision-making. With a strong background in SAP and digital finance transformation, you will drive profitability, cost control, and margin improvement initiatives, while ensuring strong financial controls, statutory compliance, and audit oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to support business strategy and decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting
- Drive profitability, cost control, and margin improvement initiatives
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and treasury activities
- Ensure strong financial controls, statutory compliance, and audit oversight
- Lead SAP management and digital finance transformation initiatives
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks
Requirements
- CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or similar qualification (articles advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years post-article finance experience
- Proven experience in strategic finance leadership and business partnering
- Strong SAP experience (FI, SD, and Administration modules mandatory)
- Experience in digital finance transformation and data analytics
- Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or an international environment preferred
Qualifications
- CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or similar qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Relevant articles (advantageous)
