About the Role
The Centurion: Financial Administrator will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of various projects, ensuring accurate and timely submissions of invoices, and maintaining precise financial records. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Maintain accurate financial records and databases
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank accounts
- Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Support expense management (orders with suppliers, etc)
- Implement financial policies and procedures
- Meet deadlines
- Ensure that all documentation is filed correctly
- Comply with all processes and protocols
- Liaise with clients regarding payments, invoices, etc
- Assist Project Leaders and Programme Managers with all aspects of invoices
- Assist with Auditor General RFIs
- Maintain a zero rejection rate for the Management Department
