About the Role
Oostelike Personeel Konsultante is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Flavor and Spice Sales Coordinator to join their team in Centurion, South Africa. As a key member of the sales support team, you will provide administrative and operational support to the sales representatives, ensuring efficient sales processes and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end processing of sales orders for flavors and spices, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product codes, discounts, and customer specifications.
- Prepare, manage, and file essential sales documents, including quotes, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Assist in generating sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and support strategic planning.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, delivery timelines, and pricing.
- Facilitate smooth communication and workflow between the sales team and other departments, such as R&D/Applications (for sample requests), Logistics/Supply Chain (for delivery), and Finance (for invoicing/accounts receivable).
- Manage the process of sending flavor and spice samples to customers or for internal testing, tracking their delivery and coordinating feedback.
- Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and unforeseen delays in orders or delivery with prompt and professional solutions.
