About the Role
Oostelike Personeel Konsultante, a renowned recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled and experienced Food Flavor and Spice Sales Coordinator to join our client’s team in Sunderland Ridge, Centurion. As a key member of the sales team, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient sales processes, order accuracy, and excellent customer service related to flavor and spice products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end processing of sales orders for flavors and spices, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product codes, discounts, and customer specifications.
- Prepare, manage, and file essential sales documents, including quotes, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Assist in generating sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and support strategic planning.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, delivery timelines, and pricing.
- Facilitate smooth communication and workflow between the sales team and other departments, such as R&D/Applications (for sample requests), Logistics/Supply Chain (for delivery), and Finance (for invoicing/accounts receivable).
- Manage the process of sending flavor and spice samples to customers or for internal testing, tracking their delivery and coordinating feedback.
- Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and unforeseen delays in orders or delivery with prompt and professional solutions.
Requirements
- Previous work experience in the food and flavor industry is an essential recruitment requirement.
- Order processing skills are critical, as you will handle complex sales orders.
- Strong communication skills for professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Attention to detail is crucial for accurate order entry, pricing, and document management.
- A customer service focus is necessary for addressing customer needs and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or Administrative role within the Food & Beverage, Ingredients, or Specialty Chemicals industry is a significant advantage.

Salary & Benefits
