About the Role

The Centurion: HR Assistant role is a 12-month contract position that requires strong administrative and HR skills to provide support to our HR team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment administration
  • Manage employee records
  • Support onboarding processes
  • Provide general HR support

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
  • 13 years experience in an HR administrative or assistant role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of South African labour legislation would be advantageous
