Centurion: Junior Business Analyst

Job description: The position will be responsible for changes to transactional systems, workflow, and OMNI channel components to support the Short-Term Administration optimally. Responsibilities: Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse requirements for transactional systems, workflow, and OMNI channel enhancements and new implementations Document requirements in Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and user stories, and obtain stakeholder approval Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements Manage and facilitate sprint planning for development tasks Act as the communication liaison between the transactional system vendor and business stakeholders Coordinate testing, sign-off, and deployment of changes throughout the software development lifecycle Minimum Requirements: Degree or diploma in Information Technology Minimum 2 – 3 years work experience in similar role Experienced in concepts like software development lifecycles, sprint planning, agile methodologies etc. Experience in financial services (Short-term insurance) Good understanding of server infrastructure Should you not receive a response from us within one week of your application, your application has unfortunately not been successful.
