About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing and Service Engineer Trainee. As a Centurion, you will play a crucial role in presenting product features, reporting customer feedback, and selling products to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Presenting product features and demonstrating use
- Reporting customer feedback to management
- Selling products, quoting prices, recording orders, and arranging deliveries
- Maintaining knowledge of market conditions and competitors
- Developing and enforcing safety procedures
- Preparing cost estimates and progress reports
- Conducting tests during production to monitor variables
- Specifying methods, materials, and quality standards
- Performing lab studies and pilot tests for new products
- Establishing labour standards and analysing work utilization
- Organizing project labour, materials, and equipment
- Setting policies for installation, modification, testing, and maintenance
- Inspecting plant operations and advise on improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering/Metallurgical Engineering/Civil Engineering (or related)
- Medical fitness for a ceramic work environment
- Valid driver’s license (compulsory)
- Personal car (advantageous but not necessary)
