Job Description: Monitors industry movements to inform strategic decision-making. Shapes the long-term vision and strategic direction of the companys product portfolio. Track and analyze product performance metrics. Identify and fix prototype issues. Engage with key stakeholders across and beyond the organization. Facilitate effective product training to enhance team knowledge Skills & Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience (Radio Frequency, Electronics experience) Minimum 2 years of experience in a Leadership role Great interpersonal skills Technical acumen Qualification: BSc/ BEng in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
