About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client in the IT industry is urgently seeking a Systems Implementation Lead to join their team in Centurion, Gauteng. Key Responsibilities

  • Define the project’s scope, establish timelines, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.

  • Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team throughout the entire implementation process.
  • Manage the system’s setup and customization to align with specific business requirements.

Requirements

  • A degree in BEng/BSc Industrial Engineering, BCom Logistics, or a related field is necessary.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or systems implementation is required.
  • Exposure to ERP, WMS, and TMS systems is essential.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency is necessary, and MS SQL experience is a plus.
  • The ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively under pressure is important.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are essential.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities are required.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing, are necessary.
  • Leadership skills to coordinate teams and drive successful project execution are important.
