About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Systems Implementation Lead to join their team in Centurion, Gauteng. This exciting opportunity features a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Define the project’s scope, establish timelines, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed system specifications.

Requirements

A degree in BEng/BSc Industrial Engineering, BCom Logistics, or a related field is necessary.
3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or systems implementation is required.
Exposure to ERP, WMS, and TMS systems is essential.
Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency is necessary, and MS SQL experience is a plus.
The ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively under pressure is important.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are essential.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities are required.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing, are necessary.
