Job Summary

Based in Dubai, my client has 50 years of expertise in MEP systems and is a leading provider of Integrated FM Solutions, including Hard Services, Soft Services, Security Services, Energy Management, and Sustainability. Supported by a 24/7 technical helpdesk, they are committed to exceeding client expectations, enhancing asset performance, and promoting energy efficiency and sustainability. They are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Technical Facilities Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing multiple projects and activities. If you are young, eager to learn and grow, self-managed, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Education:

Trade Qualified in Electrical, Mechanical Building Services, Public Health Services, Carpentry, Masonry, or a similar field.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience.
Demonstrated leadership and self-management skills.
Strong English communication skills.
Understanding of commercial management is preferred but not essential; training can be provided.
Young, hungry, and keen to learn and progress.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Oversee and manage multiple projects and activities within the facilities.
Ensure all work is completed within tender allowances and commercial management guidelines.
Maintain accurate and thorough record-keeping.
Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians.
Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Must be willing to relocate to Dubai and work as a permanent expat (via renewal every two years)
