Centurion: Utilities Recovery Controller posted by Pro-Match Recruitment

• Utility cost recovery and bill verification
• Review and capture smart and manual meter readings
• Prepare and validate monthly utility billing files for upload into MDA/MRI
• Pre-billing checks and tenant utility recoveries
• Upload tenant utility slips and prepare monthly net utilities reports
• Reconcile municipal accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor tenant changes and meter reading instructions
• Liaise with councils and service providers; monitor SLA performance

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma (Senior Certificate essential)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail/commercial utilities administration
• Strong numerical and financial aptitude
• Knowledge of municipal legislation and utility regulations
• Computer literate; experience with meter reading software and property systems
• Fully bilingual (verbal and written)
• Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Remuneration

• R25,000 – R30,000 CTC per month
