In this role, youll be responsible for operating and maintaining our flatbed printing equipment to deliver top-quality prints across a wide range of applications. Prior experience in this role is not required for this role but would be advantageous.Key Responsibilities:Operate UV flatbed printers to produce signage, displays, panels, and other large-format printsMonitor and maintain print quality, making adjustments and troubleshooting issues as neededPrepare files for print, manage materials, and ensure equipment is well-maintainedWork efficiently to meet tight production deadlines while upholding high quality standardsCollaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth and productive workflowWhat Were Looking For:Prior experience operating UV flatbed printers (advantageous but not essential)Strong attention to detail with a focus on qualityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced production environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility and willingness to work overtimeAbility to take instruction and follow through with tasks independentlyAbility to manage a job list and carry out tasks based on deadlines.
