About the Role

Funnelr is a fast-growing online marketing app company that needs support agents in Century City. We’re looking for entry-level technical support agents to join our team and assist customers worldwide with our funnelr.ai application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via support tickets, live chat, etc.
  • Test the app, report bugs, and suggest improvements
  • Support developers by providing feedback on the application
