About the Role
Enderstein Malumbete Inc is seeking a Junior Administrator to join our real estate office, focusing on both sales and rentals. As the central support for our sales and rental administrators, you will be responsible for handling daily operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Property and Deal opening files: Uploading and opening sales transactions on the system and filing paperwork correctly.
- Administrative Support: Answering phone calls, handling email inquiries, organizing filing systems, and maintaining client databases.
- Documentation & Compliance: Assisting in preparing lease agreements, sales contracts, and ensuring all FICA/regulatory documents are collected and filed.
- Rental Assistance: Calling for municipal accounts and other accounts throughout the month and ensuring correct billing is done on the system.
- Rental Administration Support: Processing tenant applications, conducting credit checks, and assisting with lease renewals or terminations.
- Sales Support: Efficient lead management to support sales and rental teams.
- Ensuring timely, professional interaction with both sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants.
- Office Maintenance: Managing office supplies and greeting clients. Arranging office meetings and activations.
Requirements
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with property management systems.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to handling contracts and client information.
- Personality: Proactive “go-getter” attitude, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
