About the Role

The role involves managing customer interactions, maintaining the sales lead system, preparing quotes and invoices, and providing essential sales and administrative support to drive service excellence and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Capture walk-in, telephonic, and online customer information onto the sales lead system
  • Prepare costings and compile accurate quotations
  • Send quotations for cart sales and long- and short-term rentals
  • Prepare and send tax invoices for cart sales
  • Follow up on quotations issued by sales executives via telephone and email
  • Provide feedback to relevant sales executives and update the sales system accordingly
  • Maintain and update the sales lead system
  • Conduct occasional visits to golf course staff and individual customers as directed by management
  • Assist the Branch Manager with administrative tasks as required
  • Answer incoming calls and direct queries appropriately
  • Participate in branch Health and Safety protocols
  • Ensure accurate filing and documentation
  • Occasional driving and towing of a one-cart trailer for deliveries and collections

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Own reliable transport
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook/Email)
