Job Description
We are looking for an A-Player to join our UK Product Advisory team servicing our UK clients. You will generate fees by optimising data usage for our UK Product Advisors. You must be passionate about data, analytical, tech savvy, and pay attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimise data usage.
Analyse data and trends to enhance performance.
Collaborate with the Product Advisory team to exceed performance targets.
Leverage AI to create competitive advantage.
Stay at the forefront of innovation in dialler management strategies.
Skills:
Excellent analytical skills.
Attention to detail and data trends.
Proven ability to work with large data sets and BI tools.
Understanding of dialler strategies.
Tech and AI savvy.
Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Required:
Three (3) years experience as a Dialler Manager or Analyst.
Connex One or ConnexCS experience essential
Work UK hours and take UK Bank holidays.
Ability to work from home if required (min 20 meg fibre line)
Valid drivers license.
Own transport.
