Manage the registrations on ITS to ensure they are completed correctly, and all learner details are accurately updated on ITS Ensure contact is maintained with the learner upon registration until the student graduates. Manage a team of 4- 5 Programme administrators Work in correlation with the academic team Manage student queries, ensuring that the turnaround time is met Manage DL requirements with the relevant campuses Manage the examination process with all the relevant stakeholders Manage internal queries, branches, and student consultants Manage monthly internal departmental audits Manage ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director To manage the academic rollout of the programme Ensure academic timetables, and content are created and managed for the programme
