About the Role
Naidu Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering Software Developer to join their Digital Engineering team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that meet the company’s technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop software applications using various programming languages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain software documentation, including user manuals and API documentation
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in the engineering industry
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
