About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd in the Western Cape region. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their recruitment needs
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client objectives
- Source, attract, and retain top talent for permanent, contract, or temporary placements
- Manage candidate relationships, including initial screening, interviews, and post-placement support
- Utilize ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Excel-based CRM) to streamline recruitment processes
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Marketing (preferred)
- Recruitment or sales certification (e.g., SAPS, IRE, SABPP) is advantageous
