About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Durban, KZN. The ideal candidate will lead, design, and execute marketing initiatives across various businesses, requiring strategic and creative capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term digital marketing strategies for each business.
- Increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Set up and manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance across platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management.
- Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong copywriting skills for blogs, social media, and web content.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (coding skills are a bonus).
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok & Twitter Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video Ads).
- Understanding of programmatic advertising and outdoor media trends.
- Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to automate email sequences and nurture leads effectively.
