Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
– Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term digital marketing strategies for each
business.
– Increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
– Set up and manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
TikTok, YouTube).
– Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance across platforms
2. Content Creation & Social Media Management
– Design and create engaging static and video content for marketing campaigns.
– Build a strong social media presence, grow followings, and increase engagement.
– Write and publish blog articles, newsletters, FAQs, and other valuable content.
– Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to each business
3. SEO, Website & UI/UX Enhancement
– Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX).
– Improve website navigation, speed, and overall usability.
– Create online help guides, video tutorials, and FAQs to improve user engagement.
– Collaborate with developers to implement UI/UX enhancements
4. Email Marketing & CRM Management
– Develop email marketing campaigns targeting various audiences.
– Manage customer segmentation and engagement strategies.
– Track and optimize email marketing KPIs.
5. Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Optimization
– Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook
Pixel, and other tracking tools.
– A/B test digital assets (ads, landing pages, CTAs) to improve conversions.
– Generate reports on social media growth, campaign success, and web analytics.
6. Web Development & Tech Collaboration
– Coding/programming skills to make website and platform adjustments would be
advantageous
7. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integrations and enhancements.
– Manage website CMS updates and minor modifications when necessary
Requirements:
– Proven experience in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management.
– Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
2. Content Creation & Graphic Design
– Strong copywriting skills for blogs, social media, and web content.
– Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects,
Illustrator).
3. Website & UI/UX Optimization
– Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
– Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (coding skills are a bonus).
– Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
4. Social Media & Performance Marketing
– Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok & Twitter Ads.
– Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video Ads).
– Understanding of programmatic advertising and outdoor media trends.
5. Email Marketing & CRM
– Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRM tools.
– Ability to automate email sequences and nurture leads effectively.
6. Technical & Web Development (Preferred)
– Coding/programming skills to implement quick fixes.
– Ability to liaise with developers and ensure seamless execution of technical tasks.
