Who We Are Looking For:
A seasoned and strategic Head of PR and Communications with exceptional crisis communications expertise. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing sensitive situations, protecting the companys reputation and driving thought leadership across diverse platforms. This is a senior leadership role for a dynamic communicator who can lead strategy, guide teams and elevate the brand through consistent, value-driven storytelling.
What You Will Do:

Lead the strategic direction and execution of the companys PR and communications strategy

Manage and nurture relationships with media, stakeholders and internal teams

Oversee all media engagement, brand visibility and thought leadership initiatives

Craft and oversee impactful content across media, digital and internal channels

Provide strategic communications counsel to senior management
-
Manage crisis communications with professionalism and discretion
-
Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing communications team
What You Will Need:

6 -12 years experience in Public Relations, Advertising, or Marketing

3+ years experience in a senior or leadership communications role
-
Proven ability to write for media and manage campaigns within an agency or marketing environment

Demonstrated experience handling crisis communications and reputation management

Strong strategic, creative and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
