Position: Junior Project Manager Location: Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal Direct Report : Project Manager Preferred Qualifications & Experience A relevant 3-year Tertiary Degree or equivalent Diploma. Project Management accreditation/certification will be an added advantage. 13 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Skills & Competencies Detail-oriented, with a focus on producing accurate and well-organised project documentation. Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges. Strong problem-solving ability and capable of working effectively under guidance. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, demanding environment. Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to project success. Key Responsibilities Actively participate in all project meetings and assist with follow-ups to monitor and report on progress. Highlight deviations from original project plans and propose corrective actions. Record, file, and systematically manage meeting proceedings to ensure accessibility. Maintain and update project plans with a strong focus on internal communication. Create, maintain, and track detailed project schedules to ensure contractual delivery.
