About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable RTV (Return to Vendor) Clerk to join our warehouse team based in Pinetown. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, warehouse experience, and a solid understanding of return processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record all RTV (Return to Vendor) items accurately.
- Inspect returned goods for quality, condition, and correct return reason.
- Prepare and maintain all RTV documentation, including credit requests and return notes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, dispatch, and procurement regarding returned items.
- Track return statuses and follow up on outstanding credits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of returned stock in the warehouse.
- Capture data on the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Assist with general warehouse duties when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years warehouse experience (RTV experience an advantage).
- Strong administrative and data-capturing skills.
- Good communication and follow-up abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer literate (MS Office; WMS beneficial).

- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
