Job Description
Inherent requirements:
Minimum 5 years successful sales experience specifically within the recruitment industry
Proven track record of consistently achieving recruitment sales targets
Established network of HR and hiring manager contacts in the South African market
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, pricing models, and industry benchmarks
Experience in selling various recruitment solutions (permanent, contract, executive search)
Excellent negotiation and closing skills specific to recruitment services
Proficiency in recruitment-specific CRM systems, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
Duties and responsibilities:
Drive business growth through selling permanent, contract, and specialized recruitment solutions to new and existing clients.
Leverage existing industry networks and relationships to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and pursue decision-makers within target companies, particularly HR Directors and Hiring Managers.
Convert client requirements into profitable recruitment service agreements through consultative selling.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for recruitment placements and revenue generation.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts while actively developing new business.
Create compelling proposals and fee structures for recruitment services.
Stay current with recruitment industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to position our services effectively.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure placement success and client satisfaction.
Track all sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline data in our CRM system.
