Job Description

Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering , or related field (Strong chemical industry experience may be considered in place of qualification) Minimum 25 years experience in chemical or technical sales Proven B2B sales track record Solid understanding of chemical products and their applications Valid drivers license and willingness to travel Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in industrial chemicals, water treatment, mining, coatings, or manufacturing Existing industry contacts or client base Experience working with tenders and large corporate clients CRM system experience Customer-focused mindset Negotiation and closing skills Problem-solving and analytical thinking Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory Manage and grow an existing client base Promote and sell chemical products/solutions tailored to client needs Conduct client visits, site assessments, and product demonstrations Provide technical advice and support on chemical applications Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders Negotiate pricing and close sales deals Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge Work closely with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure service delivery.
