About the Role
As a Sales Representative at Daisy Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through active cold calling and direct sales. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Active cold calling and direct sales through canvasing different areas in-person to prospective clients
- Present, promote and sell products
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
- Informing customers of new product offerings
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
- Ensuring relevant managers are aware of changes within clients
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Base retention attending to client needs
- Achieve sales target as set by the company
- Custrack loading
