Job Description

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tender administration functions, ensuring timely and compliant submissions to public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities (public and private sector)
  • Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in line with requirements
  • Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information for submissions
  • Maintain and update tender databases and records
  • Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders regarding tender requirements
  • Ensure compliance with applicable South African regulations and procurement policies
  • Assist with pricing schedules and costing documentation where required
  • Maintain an organised filing system for all tender-related documents

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar
  • Minimum 23 years experience in tender administration or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of tender processes, preferably within the South African market
