About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tender opportunities, preparing and submitting tender documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities (public and private sector)
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in line with requirements
- Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information for submissions
- Maintain and update tender databases and records
- Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders regarding tender requirements
- Assist with pricing schedules and costing documentation where required
- Maintain an organised filing system for all tender-related documents
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar (advantageous)
