Designing and manufacturing tools, jigs and dies.

Troubleshooting tooling issues.

Modifying and repairing existing tools, jigs and dies.

Constructing and repairing dies for plastic injection molding and pressings.

Designing and manufacturing jigs and fixtures

Updating tooling records

Qualification & Skills

Strong knowledge of tool design and manufacturing

Knowledge of Mould Tooling, Press Tooling, 3D Cad Drawing, CNC Machining, Wire Cutting, Spark Eroder.

5 Years experience in toolmaking

EDM Spark eroder, Wire Cutter

Must be proficient in CAD/CAM software

Must be familiar with CNC Machine

Must have understanding of injection Moulding processes and/or press tooling

Qualified Tool, Jig & Die Maker

Must have experience coming from the Plastic Industry
