Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standard operating procedures
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement inventory management systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to improve processes
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the chemical manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
