About the Role

We are seeking a Claims Handler to join our team in Durbanville, Johannesburg. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling claims and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle claims in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Process claims efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
