About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Durbanville, South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering electrical engineering activities on various building services projects across private and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical engineering activities for various building services projects
- Safely deliver company operational plans during project execution phase
- Carry out technical evaluations of MV and LV infrastructure designs
- Monitor project engineering development, including estimates, cost control, and review of design scope changes
- Produce site inspections, functionality testing, and commissioning reporting documentation
- Prepare project close-out reports with comparisons of design and procurement engineering man-hour budgets
Requirements
- BEng/BSc or BTech qualification in Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years of electrical engineering experience in Building Services projects in the private and government sectors
- Industrial project experience advantageous
- Greenfields and brownfields plant design and construction experience advantageous
- Green Buildings Certification (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Revit/Autocad modelling
