Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric plus a relevant HR diploma or degree
  • 10+ years’ experience covering the full HR function
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organisational, management, and problem-solving ability
  • Diplomatic, professional approach with solid people skills
  • High-level administrative accuracy and a strong work ethic

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee performance management systems, including KPAs
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Act as the strategic link between management and employees
  • Support the communication and execution of the group’s overall vision and strategy
  • Manage absenteeism, disciplinary hearings, performance inquiries, job descriptions, organograms, and training records
  • Handle HR administration including timesheets, SDL, H4M processes, and provident fund matters
