Job Description

STORE INSPECTOR XPRESSO CAFÉ Xpresso Café is looking for a Store Inspector to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of retail, food service standards, and operations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with company standards Monitor hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures Ensure brand consistency across all stores Compile inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions Provide guidance and support to store managers and staff Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Requirements: Previous experience in retail, food service, auditing, or operations Strong attention to detail and excellent reporting skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel frequently, especially to Johannesburg and KZN Valid drivers licence (essential) What We Offer: Opportunity to be part of a growing national brand Exposure to multiple regions and store environments Competitive remuneration based on experience Frequent travel to JHB and KZN required
