About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in East London. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical equipment and provide solutions or escalate issues to senior technicians as needed
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot technical equipment at customer sites
- Develop and implement effective reporting and CRM systems to track customer interactions and support requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Travel extensively to customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs
Requirements
- Relevant 3-year qualification in Electrical, Clinical Engineering, Medical Technology or similar
- Minimum 1 year experience in a field service/technical support role
- Experience working with customers (face-to-face and telephonic)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
- Basic understanding of reporting and CRM systems
