East London: DESIGN DIGITAL MARKETING & DESIGN OFFICER

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Digital Marketing & Design Officer to join our team in East London. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day digital marketing activities, basic graphic design, lead capturing, and content creation across multiple brands and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp groups; post vehicle updates, promotions, celebrations and sold vehicles
• Capture and load leads into CMS with correct source codes
• Ensure website stock and information are accurate and up to date
• Maintain stock images and folders, including sold stock updates
• Load stock listings onto social media platforms
• Design marketing material including flyers, posters, digital ads, business cards and internal communication material; ensure all designs are CI compliant across all brands
• Assist with setup, breakdown and basic coordination of mall displays and events; capture photos and ensure marketing assets are stored correctly

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (advantageous)
• Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or basic graphic design
• Familiarity with CMS systems and social media platforms
• Valid driver’s licence (advantageous for events and mall displays)

• Minimum requirements: Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
