Job Description
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales of computer hardware, software, peripherals
- Must have valid drivers licence
- Understanding of IT related services knowledge of Fibre / ISP / Network / VOIP sales
- Previous experience in an IT Networking company would be an advantage
- Huawei accreditation would be an advantage
- IT related qualification would be beneficial but not essential
Knowledge of the following services:
- Computer Sales (hardware, software, peripherals)
- Computer maintenance and repairs
- Onsite and remote support
- Networking and Office Setups
- Server maintenance and setup
- Internet Solutions – wireless and fibre
- VOIP
- Data Backup and Disaster Recovery
- Security Support and Helpdesk Services
