About the Role
Profile Personnel is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our team in East London. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HR systems, and other business-critical tools. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of these systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and maintain enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HR systems, and other business-critical tools.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather and document system requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams or external vendors.
- Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and configuration changes with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to systems, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems or application analysis/support.
- Systems development and application systems experience.
- Broad experience and knowledge of accounting systems.
- ERP system experience.
- Experience working in project and BAU environments.
- Property Industry experience beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate and train other staff.
Qualifications
- Degree in commerce/business/accounting or IT.
