East London: Project Manager

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of systems implementation and technology projects, ensuring delivery aligned to business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with IT, R&D, Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and successful adoption of new systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of systems implementation, software rollout, and integration projects
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and structured delivery plans
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies
• Provide clear and consistent project reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and operational alignment
• Oversee proof-of-concept (POC), pilot phases, and full implementation rollouts
• Facilitate training and user adoption in collaboration with L&D teams
• Monitor and improve project delivery frameworks, governance, and efficiency
• Maintain RAID logs, governance documentation, and project controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• PMP certification preferred; Agile, Scrum, or hybrid certifications advantageous
• Minimum 5 years experience in IT project management, systems implementation, or enterprise software integration
• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, and hybrid methodologies
