About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting informed asset-level decision-making, utilizing financial and operational data to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze asset-level financial and operational performance against budgets and forecasts
- Identify risks, underperformance, and value-enhancement opportunities
- Review vacancies, lease expiries, and income sustainability
- Assist with forecasts, cash flows, variance analysis, and scenario modelling
- Support capex planning, feasibility studies, and Exco submissions
- Track capex spend, timelines, and post-implementation performance
- Conduct market research on rentals, demand, and competitor activity
- Provide commercial support to leasing, tenant, and income optimisation initiatives
- Prepare asset reports, dashboards, and management presentations
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Property Studies, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field
- 13 years of experience in property, asset management, property analysis, or property finance
- Strong Excel, financial modelling, and reporting skills
- Exposure to retail, commercial, mixed-use, or student property portfolios is advantageous
