About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Fitter and Team Supervisor to join our renowned property company based in East London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and fitting of aluminium products on sites, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with our company standard and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation and fitting of aluminium products manufactured for installation, shopfront doors, windows, stack doors etc.
- Installation could include removal of any existing products and preparation for fitting of new products.
- Follow following fitting schedules and drawings issue by client/manager.
- Alterations of any products on site which require so enforcing with the team and adhering to all safety protocols whilst working on site.
- Maintenance of any products needed on site.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Fitter or similar role.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license and OWN reliable transport.
