Job Summary

WAREHOUSE FLEET MANAGER / EAST LONDON The successful Candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, managing, coordinating all operations within the Warehouse including fleet Management; Must have a Valid Drivers license and own vehicle. This is a highly pressurized role and needs a Strong Warehouse/Distribution Manager that can think on their feet to meet the demands of the Warehousing Division.

Minimum

Requirements:

Grade 12

At least 5 years management and supervisory experience – MUST have a strong ability to Coach, Train, Manage and Discipline Staff

Strong admin/Inventory Supervisory experience

Management experience within FMCG / Retail / Wholesale environment

Fleet Management

Distribution Management

Stock Management

Staff Management

Highly proficient in MS Office/excel/outlook

Clear criminal and credit record

Forklift License – advantageous

Responsibilities

Fleet/Equipment/Fuel Management – equipment is regularly serviced; ensure licenses are current; ensure drivers have valid documents; obtain quotes; monitor fuel usage; implement least cost routing

Asset Management

Service Delivery

Stock Management

Budget Management

Housekeeping

Reporting

HR/Staff Management Training; coaching; performance management; disciplinaries; staff scheduling

Finance Administration ensure invoices are authorized; process supplier invoices etc.

Salary:

Market related (depending on experience and qualifications)
