Hire Resolve’s client is currently looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team for a SANRAL project in the Eastern Cape, South Africa.
The Commercial Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial and commercial aspects of construction projects in the region. You will be responsible for ensuring profitability, cost control, contract management, risk assessment, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of the construction industry, excellent financial acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulatory requirements
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial aspects of construction projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
