Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring that they are delivered within budget and in compliance with contractual requirements. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to negotiate contracts, manage risks, and maximize profitability.
If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in commercial management and a proven track record of delivering successful projects, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management within the construction industry
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
