About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Duty Food and Beverage Manager to join our leadership team at a 4* property in the Eastern Cape. As a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality, you will be responsible for driving the success of our F&B outlets and leading a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all F&B outlets
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage budgets, drive revenue, and ensure profitability
  • Maintain impeccable quality, hygiene, and brand standards
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and senior leadership to enhance guest experience

Requirements

  • South African national or valid work permit
  • Fluency in English required
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within 4* hotels
  • Strong leadership, financial acumen, & communication skills
  • Passion for food, wine, & guest service excellence

  • Formal education/certifications not specified

Salary & Benefits

  • R32 000 ctc including medical contribution bonus
