As the first point of contact for guests and the central hub for on-site coordination, the Front Office Manager will play a key role in shaping the overall guest experience while ensuring that all reception operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the lodge’s elevated standards. Responsibilities · Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or senior front office role in a lodge or boutique hotel environment. · Strong knowledge of property management and reservation systems. · Excellent leadership, communication, and guest relations skills. · High attention to detail with strong administrative and organisational ability. · A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences · Leading the front office team and ensuring warm, efficient, and professional guest service. · Overseeing all reception operations – check-ins, check-outs, billing, guest communication, and special requests. · Coordinating guest arrivals, departures, and activity scheduling while working closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Activities. · Preparing the daily daysheet and contributing to morning operational meetings. · Acting as the on-site liaison for off-site departments such as Reservations, Accounts, Stock Control, and HR. · Stable employment history with traceable references. – To be discussed on application ➡️ – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
