Job Description

Hire Resolve is currently seeking hardworking and dedicated Site Workers for a logistics company. As a Site Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting with various tasks at mining sites to ensure the smooth progress of projects. Your responsibilities may include manual labour, material handling, site clean-up, and assisting with the setup and dismantling of equipment.

We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment. No previous experience is required, but a willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
  • Transport materials to designated areas within the site.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
  • Assist in inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

 

Requirements:

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the mining or supply chain industry is preferred.
  • Ability to operate basic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
