About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Edenvale, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, contributing to sales strategies, and driving business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of the motor industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of client relationships through our lead/data management system (CMS)
- Contribution to the plan and execution of sales strategies that drive business growth
- Achievement and exceeding Mahindra Dealership targets for vehicle sales
- Support in meeting performance parameters of F&I, Parts & Service Departments
- Development and management of sustainable customer relationships
- Ensuring timely planning and delivery of high-quality products and services
- Monitoring and measuring CMS process elements
Requirements
- 5-10 years experience in the motor industry, preferably at a Dealership level
- Solid experience with new and used vehicle sales, aftersales business, F&I offerings, and financial parameters
- Relevant National Diploma/Degree or Equivalent (preferred)
- Business Management qualification an added advantage
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good working knowledge of FICA, FAIS, POPIA, & CPA
- Excellent Computer Literacy in MS Office
- Proficient system knowledge of CMS or similar Dealer Management systems
